PLACING
ORDERS: Telephone orders may be placed by
calling 1-800-780-7371, Monday through Friday
from 10 am to 6 pm, Eastern Standard Time. Our sales people will help you with pricing and answer any
questions you may have on our products. For customers wishing to pay with a money order, please call us first to confirm any applicable shipping fees. We can not ship orders if not fully paid. Rarely, a price may be posted in error, and we reserve the right not to honor misprinted prices. If this does happen to occur, we will contact you.
Shipping:
DUE TO THE HIGH INCIDENCE OF FRAUD, ORDERS PAID BY CREDIT CARD MUST BE SHIPPED TO THE CREDIT CARD BILLING ADDRESS ONLY. If you need to ship to a different address, you may send Money Orders or Cashier checks. In this case, please contact us.
We pay the freight on most orders over $100.00 shipped within the mainland
United States. If you live in Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico, additional charges may apply. We will contact you with additional charges prior to shipping. We do charge an excessive weight charge (see chart this page) for certain heavy or bulky items. However, this charge is only a portion of the shipping charges on these heavy items, we pay the rest. This charge is added after we receive the order and determine the appropriate charge. At times, the charge could be less than posted.We will notify you of the charge prior to shipping. We ship by UPS ground or U.S. Postal Service, additional charges apply for next or second day service. Call us if next or second day shipping is required. UPS does not deliver to Post Office boxes. It is important that you check your packages closely for damages before signing for them. Carriers will not accept damage claims made after delivery has been completed. Any shortages in your order must be reported within 7 days of receipt of merchandise.
RETURNS:
We offer a 14-day money back guarantee (from date the shipment was recieved)if you are dissatisfied for any reason. Refunds will be given with our initial shipping costs deducted. After the 14-day period, returned orders are subject to a 25% restocking charge. You must first contact us to obtain a Return Authorization Number. Items sent to us without an RA# will be returned unopened. Items returned must be in new condition, accompanied by your original receipt and in the original packaging.
PAYMENT:
We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover and Paypal payments. We accept credit cards from the United States. Foreign-issued credit cards cannot be accepted.
WARRANTIES:
All warranties are given by the product manufacturer only. Save your
receipts and the warranty information accompanying the product in case a repair
is needed.
