PLACING
ORDERS: Telephone orders may be placed by
calling 1-800-780-7371, Monday through Friday
from 10 am to 6 pm, Eastern Standard Time. Our sales people will help you with pricing and answer any
questions you may have on our products. For customers wishing to pay with a money order, please call us first to confirm any applicable shipping fees. We can not ship orders if not fully paid.
We can only ship to the same address as the billing address for the credit card being used to make the order. "Ship to" and "Bill to" addresses must be the same.
Shipping:
We pay the freight on most orders over $100.00 shipped within the mainland
United States. We do charge an excessive weight charge (see chart this page) for certain heavy
or bulky items. However, this charge is only a portion of the shipping charges on these heavy items, we pay the rest. This charge is added after we recieve the order and determine the appropriate charge, at times, the charge could be less than posted. We use UPS ground service, additional charges apply for next or
second day service. Call us if next or second day shipping is required. UPS does not deliver to Post Office boxes.
It is important that you check your packages closely for
damages before signing for them. Carriers will not accept damage claims made
after delivery has been completed. Any shortages in your order must be reported
within 7 days of receipt of merchandise.
RETURNS:
We offer a 14-day money back guarantee (from date the shipment was recieved)if you are dissatisfied for any reason. Refunds will be given with shipping costs deducted. After the 14-day period, returned orders are subject to a 25% restocking charge. You must first contact us to obtain a Return Authorization Number. Items sent to us without an RA# will be returned unopened. Items returned must be in new condition, accompanied by your original receipt and in the original packaging.
PAYMENT:
We accept MasterCard, Visa and American Express
credit cards from cardholders who are residents of the United States. Foreign-issued credit cards cannot be accepted. PLEASE NOTE: WE CAN ONLY SHIP TO THE BILLING ADDRESS ASSOCIATED WITH THE CREDIT CARD BEING USED. WE CANNOT SHIP TO ANY OTHER "SHIP TO" ADDRESS.
WARRANTIES:
All warranties are given by the product manufacturer only. Save your
receipts and the warranty information accompanying the product in case a repair
is needed.
